Well, we went back to David to help us with a place in Cole Valley. He totally got us on the right track and we sealed the deal..

Now it's been like 4 months later and he's still helping me figure out what the heck to do with our garage. I feel like we've made a friend and partner for life, and we are EXTREMELY lucky to know David!

David has been an amazingly helpful contact throughout our home buying experience. He did a superbly detailed inspection on a place we ultimately bailed on (not because of inspection issues), and since has provided great advice and ways to think about things. Will definitely get him to do the inspection on our next find.

We're first timer home buyers and David was the perfect introduction to the world of building inspection. He was our realtor's preferred home inspector and we can see why...

We learnt so much about our house from following David on the inspection - he pointed out things that require fixing, things we should consider fixing as well as spots to watch out for/ check periodically. He also entertained our seemingly crazy questions with utmost sincerity (we don't know anything so we threw everything at him).

Overall, thank you David - we really appreciated your help and guidance!

I can not say enough good things about David from Arch Home Inspection. Our Realtor used him for our home inspection. He was friendly, detailed and meticulous in looking at all of the aspects of our home -- from a tiny water stain on a cabinet to measuring moisture in the attic. As a first time home buyer, I had an endless list of questions and he answered all of them thoroughly and made great recommendations. I walked away with a great understanding of what I needed to do to maintain my house and also a handy dandy online packet that I could easily reference.

The most impressive part was when we had a pipe issue in the inside of the wall about 5 months later. I called David in a panic (not knowing who to call) and he came over in 10 minutes. He helped to resolve the problem and stayed to get me on track with the developer, who fixed the issue. I can't say enough good things about David; his evaluation and support is above and beyond any contractor or home service we have ever worked with.

Dave did a great job with our initial walk through on our new house and says he is always happy to get calls. Didn't make us feel stupid about our basic questions and a really thorough walk through.
