With the aid of an experienced home inspector, your client now has the opportunity to become knowledgeable about home ownership. Daily operations or the “how to” are no longer daunting. They will be able to perform common tasks such as turning on and off the utilities. They will know how to monitor any areas of importance that were discussed during the inspection. A well informed client has the ability to make decisions regarding repairs or future remodeling and is also the best source for referral and repeat business. Was your client unable to attend the inspection? While it is recommended that all parties be present for the inspection, it is understandable that certain time restraints prevent your client from attending. Follow up questions are encouraged and will be answered in a timely fashion.
